Shipping Information

*Please note, at this time we are only shipping orders Monday-Wednesday. Additionally, certain holds may be placed on your order due to weather or heat conditions that would affect and increase transit time or if our fulfillment center experiences dry ice shortages.

We ship Cado to the 48 contiguous US states. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, but we hope you'll find us at your local grocery store. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes.

The minimum order quantity is 4 pints. The maximum order quantity is 8 pints per order (of course you can always place a second order!). You create your order with the flavors of your choice. This allows us to offer you the best price per pint for your bundle of Cado.

We will ship your order to your home or workplace via FedEx. Cado is shipped in eco-coolers packed with dry ice to ensure your purchase arrives cold within the designated shipping time frame. Please be aware that dry ice is very cold (-109.3°F), and can be dangerous if not handled correctly. We include specific instructions to provide for safe handling and disposal of any dry ice that may remain in your cooler upon arrival. Please do not handle dry ice with bare hands.

Shipping Schedule

Frozen shipments cannot be in transit over the weekend, so the destination, shipping method and day that your order is placed can all affect when your order will arrive. We ship Monday through Thursday, however, if the transit time required to ship your order after a Tuesday during a given week would require your order to sit in a shipping company’s warehouse over the weekend, it will be held until the following Monday. Most of our shipments arrive within three consecutive shipping days after your order is placed. Consecutive shipping days are Monday-Saturday for residential addresses, and Monday-Friday for commercial addresses.

Tracking Information

We will send you a shipment notification with your tracking number when your order ships.

Please do not attempt to mail frozen items back to us. If we make a mistake, we are happy to correct it. Please reach out to us at orders@cadoicecream.com with any questions or concerns.
